At Sunrise Fanari, we aim to ensure a transparent and reliable booking process for all our guests. Below is our official cancellation and refund policy:
1. Payment Terms
- All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking through our online POS system.
- Bookings are confirmed only after full payment is successfully processed.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation is available up to 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.
- Cancellations made between 13 and 7 days prior to arrival will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before arrival will be charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
3. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not arrive on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice (no-show), 100% of the reservation cost will be charged as a cancellation fee.
4. Early Departure
- No refunds will be issued for early departures once the guest has checked in.
5. Non-Refundable Bookings
- We do not offer non-refundable booking options. All bookings follow the above cancellation terms.
6. Force Majeure
- Force majeure situations (e.g., flight cancellations, natural disasters, government restrictions) do not exempt guests from cancellation charges. We do not offer flexibility or vouchers in such cases.
7. Refund Processing
- If eligible, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days and returned to the original payment method.
